基于系统动力学方法,对绿色建筑利益相关者决策行为进行演化博弈模型的构建和仿真分析.设置绿色建筑利益相关者收益及成本变量,构建绿色建筑利益相关者的三方支付矩阵,据此建立企业、业主和政府的复制动态方程,并利用Vensim PLE软件建立绿色建筑利益相关者决策行为演化博弈的系统动力学模型(SDM),通过仿真试验分析初始值及各变量的变化对利益相关者行为的影响,为绿色建筑的推广和实施提供决策依据.
The Evolutionary Game Analysis of the Decision-making Behavior of Green Building Stakeholders on System Dynamics
Based on the system dynamics method,the evolutionary game model construction and sim-ulation analysis are carried out on the decision-making behavior of green building stakeholders.Set the benefits and cost variables of green building stakeholders,build a tripartite payment matrix for green building stakeholders,and establish the dynamic equation of replication for companies,owners and the government based on this,and use Vensim PLE software to establish the evolution of decision-making be-havior of green building stakeholders.The game system dynamics model(SDM)analyzes the influence of initial values and changes in various variables on the behavior of stakeholders through simulation experi-ments,and provides decision-making basis for the promotion and implementation of green buildings.
