Research on Improving the Quality of Party Construction in the New Era under the View of System Theory
"Continuously improving the quality of the Party construction"is a major theoretical prop-osition and political requirement put forward by the 19th National Congress of the Party,which clarifies the quality orientation and quality standard for promoting the new great project of the Party construction in the new era.Under the view of system theory,there are some practical problems in improving the quality of Party building in the new era,such as lack of goal drive and coordination of measures,unsmooth process of promoting and interconnection.The problems of targeted crack existing in practice and enhan-cing of the Party's construction quality unceasingly,must insist on the system concept,and actively u-sing the system in four aspects.The quality of the Party's construction directivity should be clear to con-solidate ideological consensus.It should strengthen the measures to improve the quality of the Party's construction of coupling,emphasizes on improving the quality of the Party's construction procedure standardization,adheres to improve the quality of the Party's construction,the boundary of the open-ness,so that the Party can reach a standard and orderly,harmonious integration,the ideal state of benign operation through the systematic process of the Party construction of quality.
