系统观念下高校学生党建与思想政治教育互构性治理研究

摘要
系统观念强调全局性谋划与整体性推进,为高校学生党建与思想政治教育进行互构性治理提供了科学的思维方式和工作方法.高校学生党建与思想政治教育本质上具有思想同源、目标同向、实践同构的特点,因而具有互构性治理的可能性.当前二者在互构性治理过程却面临着机构协同不够紧密、主体融合不够深入、运行联动不够畅通等困境.为此,需推动要素相互嵌构,增强互构性治理的深度;确保结构良性耦合,提高互构性治理的效度;实现运行同频共振,提升互构性治理的精度,以实现二者的有效链接,产生整体优化效应.
Abstract
The concept of system emphasizes overall planning and promotion,which provides scien-tific thinking and working methods for interoperable governance of party building and ideological and po-litical education for college students.Because of the homology of thought,the same direction of goal and the isomorphism of practice,they have the possibility of interoperable governance.In the process of inter-operable governance,they are faced with such practical difficulties as poor coordination of institutions,insufficient integration of subjects and insufficient linkage of operation.Therefore,it is necessary to pro-mote the mutual embedding of the two system elements and enhance the depth of mutual construction gov-ernance.It must ensure the sound coupling of system structure and realize the system operation of the same frequency resonance to improve the validity and the accuracy of mutual structure governance so as to produce"one plus one is greater than two"governance efficiency.
