新工科人才培养是一个系统性的工作,需要基于系统思维的特点,寻求有效的培养路径.新工科人才的核心能力由多个要素组成,它们相互联系、相互协调、相互作用.所以,以系统思维为指导,在教学中开展以问题为中心的讨论式教学,以提升新工科人才的批判思维能力;以整体性为要义,依托交叉学科探究项目和项目群,充分利用线上线下交流平台加强跨学科交流,并基于综合实践提升新工科人才整合跨学科知识与技术的能力;以开放性为基石,在资源统筹观念和国际视野下转变观念,强化实验教学,探索校企合作和国内外新工科人才培养合作新模式,努力提升新工科人才的实践能力,将是新工科人才培养工作的重点改革取向.
The Cultivation of New Engineering Talents'Core Competence from the Perspective of Systematic Thinking
The cultivation of new engineering talents is a systematic work that requires seeking effec-tive training paths based on the characteristics of systematic thinking.The core competence of new engi-neering talents consists of multiple elements which are interrelated,coordinated,and interacted with each other.Therefore,under the guidance of systematic thinking,problem-centered discussion teaching should be carried out in teaching to enhance the critical thinking ability of new engineering talents;Taking integ-rity as the essence,relying on interdisciplinary research projects and project groups,online and offline communication platforms should be efficiently used to strengthen interdisciplinary communication,and improve the ability of new engineering talents to integrate interdisciplinary knowledge and technology based on comprehensive practice;Taking openness as the cornerstone,changing concepts under the con-cept of resource coordination and international perspective,strengthening experimental teaching,exploring new modes of school-enterprise cooperation and domestic and foreign cooperation in the cultivation of new engineering talents,and striving to improve the practical ability of new engineering talents will be the key reform orientation of the cultivation of new engineering talents.
