自组织视角下远程学习环境的构建研究

摘要
随着远程教育系统的复杂化与支撑技术的发展,以学习者自主和协同学习的远程教育"自组织"形态成为远程教育系统的重要构成.基于对自组织内涵的分析及远程教育学习环境发展的新诉求、新方向,提出远程教育自组织学习环境内涵,并尝试从关键角色、演化过程来形成远程学习环境构建路径,并从远程教育实践角度提出自组织学习环境的三种实践导向,以此从自组织视角为远程学习环境构建提供实践思路.
Abstract
With the complexity of distance education system and the development of supporting tech-nology,the"self-organization"form of distance education with learner autonomy and collaborative learn-ing has become an important component of distance education system.Based on the analysis of connota-tion of self-organization and new demands and new direction of the development of the remote educationle-arning environment,the paper puts forward the remote education connotation of self-organizing learning environment,and tries to build the path of the distance learning environmentfrom the key rolesand evolu-tion process,and puts forward the three types of practice guidanceof self-organizing learning environment-from the angle of remote education practice.It provides practical ideas for the distance learning environ-ment construction from the perspective of self-organization.
