环境规制下生产生活方式绿色转型策略稳定性研究

摘要
文章运用演化博弈理论,基于博弈三方的行为模式进行稳定性分析.通过对政府多项环境规制手段进行敏感性仿真分析,发现:(1)企业绿色生产策略概率随政府对企业的奖惩力度和公众环保宣传力度增强而增大,而绿色生产和消费补贴则降低了绿色生产概率;(2)公众环保宣传和绿色消费补贴对消费者绿色消费行为的影响受消费者绿色消费心理收益约束,在消费者绿色消费心理收益较高时,宣传力度和补贴力度反而不能促进消费者进行绿色消费.因此,政府进行环境规制要"因地制宜",多手段综合运用.
Abstract
Based on the behavior of the three parties in the game,the article uses evolutionary game theory to conduct stability analysis.Through the sensitivity simulation analysis of a number of government regulatory measures,it is found that(1)the probability of a company's green production strategy increa-ses with the government's incentives and punishments for companies and the increase in public environ-mental protection publicity,while green production and consumer subsidies reduce green production prob-ability;(2)the impact of public environmental protection publicity and green consumption subsidies on consumers'green consumption behavior is restricted by the benefits of consumers'green consumption psychology.When the benefits of consumers'green consumption psychology are high,the intensity of publicity and subsidies cannot promote consumers'green consumption.Therefore,the government's en-vironmental regulation must be"adapted to local conditions"and comprehensive use of multiple methods.
