The Information Dimension of Henri Bergson's Philosophy
Bergson's philosophy,based on the theory of life evolution,examines human body and consciousness from the perspective of life system,and discusses the relationship between them and mat-ter,which contains abundant information thoughts,mainly in four aspects.Firstly,image theory contains abundant information thinking and presents the characteristics of objective and indirect existence.Second-ly,in Bergson's philosophy,the cognition process composed of images,perception,memory and peo-ple's free activity as the main body is consistent with the five levels of information activity,which is the main embodiment of his information thinking.Finally,Bergson's philosophy on the relationship between objects and bodies reflects strong practical characteristics.The central meaning of the body in practical ac-tivities is manifested as the conscious representation of the choice of objects.The above analysis reveals that Henri Bergson's philosophy is of certain epochal and progressive nature and can not be ignored.However,the obvious tendency of dualism and the intuitive approach of exaggerating the role of con-sciousness makes Bergson's philosophy fall into the trap of idealism.
