摘要

为解决以往新兴技术评估方法中的规范性缺陷,及对技术与社会共塑性忽视的问题,在"技术盲目"的伦理学和具有规范性缺陷的STS(科学、技术与社会)方法的背景下,提出了新兴技术伦理评估的实用主义路径,以此将道德探究纳入到技术评估中.实用主义伦理学提供了一个基于民主审议的规范框架,与技术评估的内在规范性产生了共鸣,关注偶然性,依赖具体语境,认识到技术与社会间的共塑性,概述了其基本原则和问题转变.最后,指出作为实用主义形式的新实用主义中的预测功能和罗森的预期系统的契合性,呈现出新实用主义应用于预期系统理论的合理性和可行性.

Abstract

In order to solve the normative defects and the neglect of the co-plasticity of technology and society in the previous emerging technology assessment methods,a pragmatic approach to ethical e-valuation of emerging technologies is proposed in the context of the ethics of"technology blindness"and the STS method with normative defects to incorporate ethical inquiry into technical assessments.Pragmatist ethics provides a normative framework based on democratic deliberation that resonates with the inherent normative nature of technology assessment,focuses on contingency,relies on specific context,recognizes co-plasticity between technology and society,and outlines its underlying principles and issues change.Fi-nally,it points out the fit of the predictive function in neo-pragmatism as a form of pragmatism and Ros-en's anticipation system,showing the rationality and feasibility of neo-pragmatism applied to the ethical evaluation of emerging technologies.
