媒体平台的"流量"决策导致煽动言论的野蛮生长而加速了网民情绪的负面演化,使得产生舆情危机的风险增加,成为政府部门亟待解决的难题.本研究从复杂系统理论的视角,基于传播动力学理论与演化博弈理论,构建SIR演化博弈模型探索网络舆情在形成——消亡阶段中的动态演化规律以及主体决策博弈演化过程.详细研究了政府部门和自媒体部门对突发公共事件网络舆情引导过程中的策略选择,为有效和控制预防舆情危机控制提供有益探索.
Research on Public Sentiment Guidance of Public Crisis Incidents Based on SIR Evolutionary Game Model
The"flow"decision-making of self-media platforms has led to the barbaric growth of inci-ting speech and accelerated the negative evolution of netizens'emotions,which has become an urgent problem for government departments to solve.Based on the theory of complex system,communication dy-namics and evolutionary game theory,this research constructs an SIR evolutionary game model to explore the dynamic evolution law of online public opinion in the formation-death stage and the evolution process of the main decision-making game.The study has studied in detail the strategic choices of government depart-ments and self-media departments in the process of guiding public opinion on emergent public incidents,and provided useful exploration for effectively control prevention of public opinion crisis control.
