It has important practical value to comprehensively examine the study and education of Party history among college students in the new era from the perspective of system theory,and it is a sys-tematic project to strengthen the study and education of Party history among college students in the new era,which has distinct holistic,hierarchical and open theoretical characteristics.To this end,by answer-ing the four questions of"why strengthen""what to strengthen""who will strengthen"and"how to strengthen",the paper systematically grasps the significance and strengthens the theoretical interpretation of Party history learning and education for college studentsin the new era.A faculty for the Party history study and education should be established to realize the integration of college students'Party history stud-y and education with course teaching.
