The"Youyu spirit"contains rich connotations and values of the times.This article uses the three laws of system science to interpret the"Youyu spirit",and analyzes its formation and develop-ment motivation and evolution trend.In order to vigorously study and carry forward the"Youyu spirit",we should strengthen the Party's leadership,deepen research and interpretation,strengthen discourse in-novation,enhance overall awareness,strengthen overall coordination,and continuously promote the devel-opment of the cause of the Party and the people.
