后疫情时代人类学习的未来趋向——系统科学的哲学思考

新冠疫情所引发的"停课不停学"和"双线混融教学"举措,促使我们不得不重新思考人类需要怎样的学习.移动互联和人工智能在重塑社会组织形态的同时,也促使人类的思维结构和认知方式发生重大转变.在系统科学视域下,回溯百年学习研究,把脉未来学习趋向,不免发现:为破除系统化学习和碎片化学习的疆界问题,由二者耦合融通产生的个性化深度学习将是人类未来学习的主流形态.届时,人类学习会是一种跨越时空疆域,且有目标导向的复杂性自适应系统.在此之中,学习者需要综合处理自适应系统的多重复杂因素,以便在群体协同交互中推动自我学习的进阶发展.
The Future Tendency of Human Learning in Post-Epidemic Era——Thinking from the Perspective of System Science
The measures of"stopping classes without stopping school"and"online and offline blen-ded teaching mode"triggered by the COVID-19 have prompted us to rethink what kind of learning hu-mans need.Mobile Internet and artificial intelligence,while reshaping the form of social organization,al-so promote a major change in human thinking structure and cognitive mode.From the perspective of sys-tems science,looking back upon a hundred years of learning research and foreseeing the future learning progress,we will inevitably find that:in order to break the boundary between systematic learning and fragmented learning,personalized deep-learning produced by the integration of the two will be the main-stream form of human learning in the future.On the occasion,human learning will be a goal-oriented complex adaptive system that can span the boundaries of time and space.The learners need to compre-hensively deal with multiple complex factors of the adaptive system,so that groups can jointly promote the learning progression of individuals in collaborative operation.
