基于精益能效(TEM)理论的企业节能诊断方法研究

本文基于国家"双碳"目标及中烟可持续发展的时代背景,旨在探寻中国工业企业通过协同创新实现能源革命与生产力革命的路径方法.通过应用精益能效(TEM)理论,在比较相关标准规范、总结国内外先进管理实践基础上,提出卷烟企业节能系统诊断方法:消除能源七大(典型)浪费、精准调控(控制波动)、增进系统协同(柔性供能)等.并以某卷烟厂为例,对全厂特别是锅炉蒸汽系统进行了诊断,指出通过增进协同深挖能源价值、提升能源利用效率与生产效率的路径措施.
Energy Diagnosis Method Study Based on Total Energy Management(TEM)Theory
Based on the national"double carbon"strategy and the era background of the sustainable development of China Tobacco Industry,this paper aims to explore the path and method for Chinese en-terprises to realize the energy revolution and productivity revolution through collaborative innovation.Based on the total energy management(TEM)Theory,the comparison of relevant standards and the sum-mary of advanced management practices worldwide,this paper puts forward the energy diagnosis methods of energy users,including eliminating seven energy wastes,precise regulation(controlling fluctuations),enhancing system coordination(flexible energy supply),etc.Taking a cigarette plant as an example,this paper diagnoses the whole plant,especially the boiler-steam system,points out the path and meas-ures to further tap the energy value and improves the energy utilization efficiency and production efficien-cy through enhancing collaboration.
