Analysis of Mao Zedong's Narrative Discourse in Shaping the Image of New China
After the founding of New China,out of the multiple considerations of seeking international recognition and support for our country,creating an international environment conducive to socialist construction,maintaining world peace and promoting the cause of human liberation in the context of the realities of different ideologies,Mao Zedong personally introduced China's propositions to the in-ternational community,fully demonstrating the authentic image of New China,and thereby creating a narrative discourse system to shape the image of New China.In the multiple narratives to shape the image of New China,Mao Zedong explained the historical process of"revolution and liberation",clarified the trend of the relationship between"China and the world"and depicted the bright prospects of"construction and development",thus forming a narrative method based on respect for individuality and enhancement of commonality with theoretical analysis and factual evidence as the principle,with diachronic evolution and synchronic connection as the logic and with subject expression and two-way interaction as the mode.
