乡村振兴呼唤乡村校长提升社区领导力.乡村校长社区领导力的价值逻辑体现在引领乡贤促进发展、培养乡村人才、赓续乡土文化、提升在地化教育、服务乡村治理等方面.同时,乡村校长社区领导力又呈现领导效力弱化、身份认同淡化、文化优势虚化和服务意识退化等式微表征,亟需通过构建自我增能、对外赋能、外部支持的乡村校长社区领导力发展模型,在搭建平台、加大投入、改革评价等保障基础上,为乡村校长提供增强公共意识、提高治理水平、提升统筹能力、培养乡村教师、储备未来人才、夯实乡村教育、引领乡村文化等型塑路径,提升乡村校长社区领导力,助力乡村学校与乡村社区"共同体"高质量发展.
The Value Logic and Shaping Path of Rural Headmasters'Community Leadership in the New Era
Rural revitalization calls on rural headmasters to enhance their community leadership.The value logic of community leader-ship on the part of rural headmasters is embodied in guiding virtuous and capable individuals in rural areas in promoting the develop-ment and cultivation of rural talents,inheriting local culture,enhancing localized education quality and serving rural governance.At the same time,the community leadership of rural headmasters also manifests such signs of declination as weakened leadership effective-ness,desalinated identity recognition,blurred cultural advantages,and degraded service awareness.It is urgent to build a model for the development of rural headmasters'community leadership through self-empowerment,external empowerment and external support.On the basis of such guarantees as building platforms,increasing investment and reforming evaluation,it is necessary to provide rural headmasters with the following shaping paths known as:enhancing public awareness,improving governance level,promoting overall planning ability,cultivating rural teachers,reserving future talents,strengthening rural education and leading rural culture,so as to enhance the community leadership of rural headmasters and assist in the high-quality development of rural schools and rural communi-ties.
