By 2035,the realization of building our country into a socialist cultural power will represent a significant transformation in human cultural development history.To ensure the socialist nature of such a cultural power,it is essential to adhere steadfastly to the fundamental principles that occupy a pivotal and central position.This paper,transcending general criteria,distills the fundamental criterion for building a strong socialist cultural power from five dimensions encompassing its theoretical foundation,political stance,val-ue orientation,international standing,and basic laws governing its development.These five fundamental principles serve as both the essential prerequisites and the fundamental safeguards for the construction of a strong socialist cultural power,and they also function as the binding norms running through the entire construction process.
