摘要

职业教育高质量发展能够促进社会经济和人的全面发展,是实现共同富裕的必由之路.通过厚植人力资本、筑牢精神底蕴、夯实机制保障,职业教育高质量发展可为共同富裕提供强大助力.然而,受制于资源布局不均衡、治理结构不完善、专业设置不适配和产教融合不深入等多重困境,职业教育高质量发展推动共同富裕进程缓慢.立足于此,着眼于全领域覆盖、全生命周期、全社会认可、全技能贯通四个维度,提出统筹均衡资源布局,强化共同富裕支撑;深化完善治理体系,加强共同富裕引领;调整优化专业设置,增强共同富裕驱动;开辟产教融合通道,坚实共同富裕保障的实然路径,以期充分释放职业教育高质量发展能效,助推共同富裕目标实现.

Abstract

High-quality development of vocational education can effectively promote the comprehensive development of both the socio-economic sphere and individuals,representing an indispensable pathway to achieving common prosperity.By cultivating robust hu-man capital,fortifying spiritual foundations,and establishing solid institutional safeguards,high-quality vocational education develop-ment can provide strong impetus for the realization of common prosperity.However,constrained by imbalanced resource allocation,im-perfect governance structure,incongruous professional settings,and inadequate integration between industry and education,the pro-gress towards achieving common prosperity through high-quality development of vocational education has been relatively slow.In the light of such challenges,focusing on four dimensions-full spectrum coverage,full life cycle,full social recognition,full skill pene-tration,this study proposes(1)to holistically balance resource distribution and reinforce the foundation for common prosperity,(2)deepen and improve the governance system to strengthen leadership for common prosperity,(3)adjust and optimize professional pro-gram offerings to enhance the driving force for common prosperity and(4)establish pathways for deep integration between industry and education,providing a robust guarantee for common prosperity.The proposed pragmatic strategies herein aim to fully unleash the effi-ciency potential of high-quality vocational education,thereby accelerating the realization of the common prosperity target.
