Exploration on the Development Pathways of Community-Embedded Elderly Care Institutions——Based on the perspective of"field-action"analysis
Embedding elderly care institutions into communities is an effective way to promote professional institutions to extend to communities,integrate community stock resources and improve the supply network of community elderly care services.From the per-spective of"field-action"analysis,this paper investigates the development pathways of community embedded elderly care institu-tions.In the process of embedding,the geographical field,bureaucratic field,cultural field,service field and object field in the com-munity together constitute the multi-dimensional field network.According to the characteristics and regulations of different fields,the elderly care institutions have adopted such action strategies as scenario-based embedding,autonomous embedding,constructive em-bedding,collaborative embedding and precision embedding,thereby reflecting the feasibility of benign interaction and cooperative gov-ernance among government,community,institutions and residents.
