The Property Rights Realization Logic,Experiences and Enlightenment of Farmland Ownership Structure since the Founding of the Party
This study not only conforms to the urgent desire for the development of socialist political economy with Chinese characteris-tics,but also complies with the historical requirements of developing Marxism in the new century.By exploring the secrets and follow-ing the internal logic of farmland ownership,it revolves around the central theme of the evolution of the public ownership of farmland and its property rights marketization policies.Integrating the changes in the principal social contradictions during different periods and the Party's economic and social development strategy,the research systematically combs the course of realizing the property right of farmland ownership structure since the founding of the Party.It further summarizes the models of reform,historical experiences,and significant insights drawn from over a century of reforms in China's agricultural land property rights system.The research conclusions show that in the new era,the innovation of our country's agricultural property rights system must adhere to the direction of socialist na-tionalization of agricultural land,optimize the structure of public property rights of agricultural land,expand land rights of farmers rel-ying on property income,and improve the power of civilized and market-oriented agricultural land occupation.
