Innovative Strategies for Community Governance Oriented towards Family Education
Families are cells of society,constituting essential entities and basic units that play a crucial role in community govern-ance.How to exert the significant role of family education in grassroots social governance should be a central point of concern in innova-ting community management.Based on the theory of community governance,a theoretical analysis framework of community governance oriented towards family education is constructed,that is,viewing family education as a flexible governance tool with which to recon-struct the fundamental elements of community governance,including community governance supporting environment,governance capac-ity,and governance community.This framework aims to promote the integration and mutual reinforcement of family education and com-munity governance.To address the main problems in community governance oriented towards family education,we should enhance the supporting environment for family education in our country,protect family rights and interests,and establish the foundation for commu-nity governance oriented towards family education;We should also develop a new concept of family education,highlight social func-tions,and reconstruct the environment of community governance focused on family education;Meanwhile,we should accurately supply family education resources,reshape family capabilities,and enhance the governance capacity oriented towards family education;Fur-thermore,we should innovate the forms of family education,foster a family learning community,and form a collaborative force for com-munity governance in family education;And ultimately we should expand the family education service platform,optimize community support,and strengthen the tension of community governance oriented towards family education.
