The grand historical perspective is the due theoretical vision for doing well in the study of philosophy and social science.When we use the grand historical perspective to examine the centennial history of the CPC in promoting the construction of a community for the Chinese Nation,Mao Zedong is a well-deserved founder and leader.He led all ethnic groups to jointly create a New China,ena-bling them to"start uniting into a big family of friendship and cooperation",to establish a system of ethnic regional autonomy and vig-orously cultivate and appoint ethnic minority cadres,and to clarify the basic principles of handling socialist ethnic relations,such as ethnic equality and unity,common development of all ethnic groups,and achieving common prosperity,thus laying the fundamental po-litical premise,institutional foundation,and fundamental principles for promoting the construction of a community for the Chinese na-tion.With history as a mirror,building a more unbreakable Chinese national community in the new era entails the adherence to the"u-nity of three aspects",that is,the adherence to the unity of integrity and innovation of Marxist national theory,the adherence to the u-nity of promoting the construction of a community for the Chinese nation under the leadership of the CPC with the people as the center,and the adherence to the unity of the historical position of the Chinese nation with the goal of promoting the construction of a community for the Chinese nation.
