Theoretical Logic and Practical Direction of Promoting Common Prosperity in Rural Areas——An analysis based on spatial justice
Spatial justice is a manifestation of the issues of urban-rural spatial development and social justice projected in space. It represents the pursuit of fairness and justice in social space and serves as a fundamental principle in maintaining fairness and justice during the process of achieving common prosperity. The sharing of urban-rural development outcomes can be realized through corresponding top-level design and value guidance.Grounded in the development context of the new era, this paper explores the connotations and characteristics of spatial justice, acknowledges the reality of spatial injustice in rural areas, and, based on full respect of the achievement of the goal of rural common prosperity for objective laws, and such space justice needs as ef-fective protection of spatial rights, and rational allocation of spatial resources,it constructs from three levels(macro-level top-down design of spatial in-stitutions,meso-level fairness and justice in spatial distribution, and micro-level balanced allocation in spatial production)the dimensions for spatial a-nalysis to promote shared prosperity. And it elaborates its logical reasoning within the Chinese context and its isomorphism with the common prosperity un-der the socialist system with Chinese characteristics, providing theoretical reference for achieving common prosperity in rural areas of our country.Under the perspective of spatial justice, the overall approach and practical direction to achieving shared prosperity in rural areas lie in:adhering to a value orien-tation that meets the needs of the people and establishing a notion of spatial production for the people's justice, constructing a comprehensive spatial distri-bution pattern to maximize the promotion of fairness and justice, accelerating institutional innovation and reform to safeguard the spatial rights of residents in rural areas and respecting the cultural differences of rural areas to create a just, diverse spatial culture.
