The period of Agrarian Revolutionary War marks the starting point for the Communist Party of China to carry out ecological environment protection and governance.After the establishment of the central revolutionary base area,the ecological environment of the area was seriously damaged due to the influence of floods,droughts and other natural disasters,the destruction of war and the reckless act of deforestation.Fully aware of the importance of protecting the ecological environment,the Communist Party of China first put for-ward the idea of"clear waters and green mountains"and"water conservancy is the lifeblood of agriculture",and took measures to lead the people in the base areas to carry out afforestation and water conservancy campaigns with fairly good results,improving the quality of the ecological environment in the base area,and enhancing the living standards of the people.All this provided reference for today's ecological civilization construction.
