Mindset is crucial for academic journal editors in the new era,as it relates to their ability to better excavate and showcase excellent academic achievements,help cultivate outstanding academic talents,and also relates the enhancement of their personal com-prehensive qualities.Academic journal editors should cultivate a positive mindset,which should include a proactive mental attitude of taking the prosperity of academia as their own responsibility and serving the nation through their academic endeavors,an enthusiastic mental attitude characterized by a genuine love for their publications and dedication to their work,and a peaceful mental attitude of willingly playing a supportive role while calmly addressing difficulties and challenges.To this end,it is necessary for editors to strength-en their sense of mission and identity,create a favorable environment for their editing work,deepen the research on the mentality of ac-ademic journal editors,and nurture an editorial awareness that promotes their continuous learning and self-transcendence.
