Module division method of missile based on requirement-function-structure relation matrix
Modular missile can make use of the flexible assembly of subsystems to quickly form a typical combat unit to adapt to complex and diversified combat tasks, which is one of the important development directions of future missile weapon systems.Aiming at the problem that the traditional missile module division method can not give full play to the architectural advantages brought by the modular characteristics of missiles,a missile module division method based on demand-function-structure relationship matrix is proposed.Firstly, based on quality function deployment(QFD)and axiomatic design methods,a design structure matrix(DSM)construction method is proposed to connect the interaction relationship between the design requirements, design functions and physical components.Constraint matrix is introduced to describe the correlation degree of physical components in mechanical, electrical and functional aspects,so as to form a missile module division process based on genetic algorithm. Finally,an air defense missile is used as an application example for module division, and the rationality and feasibility of the module division results are verified through requirement backtracking analysis.
