对称分布下中位数排序集样本均值的有效性证明

总体均值的估计在整个抽样理论里扮演着无可争议的主角,而估计的好坏很大程度上依赖于抽样设计.文章从理论上证明了在对称分布下,基于中位数排序集抽样的样本均值作为总体均值的估计比简单随机抽样下样本均值作为总体均值的估计更有效.小样本情形下的两个数值例子和一个实例进一步验证了这个理论结果.
An Effectiveness Proof of the Median Ranked Set Sampling Sample Mean Under Symmetric Distribution
It is very important to estimate the population mean in sampling theory.However,how well the parameters are estimated largely depends on the sampling design used.In this paper,the authors prove that the estimator of the population mean for symmetric distribution under median ranked set sampling is significantly more efficient than the one under simple random sampling.Two numerical examples and a real data are provided to illustrate the theoretical results for small size.
