摘要
深入认识突发事件中负面网络舆情演化机理并积极应对是政府的重要工作内容之一.文章首先刻画了负面网络舆情所涉及相关利益主体的博弈关系;其次运用演化博弈理论构建了政府、造谣者与网民三方的博弈模型;进而在考虑网络舆情热度的基础上,运用系统动力学方法,对不同网络舆情热度情景下政府的动态治理策略进行仿真分析.
Abstract
In this paper,dynamic governance strategy of negative online public opin-ion is studied by using evolutionary game and system dynamics.First,three players involved in the negative online public opinion are presented and analyzed.Second,evolutionary game is used to construct the relationship among the government,ru-mormongers and netizens.Finally,heat factor of negative online public opinion is proposed in the model and analyzed with system dynamics tools.
