公平关切下考虑绿色设计动力电池闭环供应链的补贴策略

在动力电池制造商开展绿色设计及成员企业具有公平关切行为偏好背景下,构建了动力电池闭环供应链的六种政府补贴模型,分析了公平关切行为偏好及政府补贴策略对动力电池闭环供应链系统运作的影响.结果表明,无论政府采取何种补贴策略,线上回收平台的公平关切行为不利于废旧动力电池回收、动力电池制造商及系统整体获利.然而,梯次利用商的公平关切行为并不影响其他成员企业的最优决策.动力电池制造商绿色设计水平的提高,未必总是对自身有利,但有利于线上回收平台及系统整体获利,并且提升绿色设计效率是增强废旧动力电池回收效果,改善系统整体运作绩效的有效方式.当梯次利用市场规模较小时,政府补贴动力电池制造商或线上回收平台效果更佳.
Subsidy Strategies for Power Battery Closed-Loop Supply Chain Considering Green Design Under Fairness Concerns
Under the background that power battery manufacturer carries out green design and member enterprises have fairness concerns behavior preferences,six gov-ernment subsidy models for power battery closed-loop supply chain(PBCLSC)are constructed,and the impacts of fairness concerns behavior and government subsidy strategies on operating performance of PBCLSC are analyzed.The results reveal that no matter what subsidy strategies the government adopted,the fairness con-cerns behavior of online recycling platform is not conducive to the recycling of waste power batteries,the profits of power battery manufacturer and the whole system.However,the fairness concerns behavior of echelon utilization enterprise will not af-fect the optimal decisions of other member enterprises.The improvement of power battery manufacturer's green design level may not always be beneficial to herself,but it is beneficial to the profits of online recycling platform and the whole systems,and improving the efficiency of green design is an effective way to enhance the recycling effect of waste power batteries and improve the operation performance of whole sys-tems.Moreover,when the scale of echelon utilization market is small,government subsidies to power battery manufacturers or recycling platforms are more effective.
