达格列净联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片在射血分数降低的心力衰竭患者中的治疗效果

摘要
目的 探讨曲缬沙坦钠片治疗射血分数降低的心力衰竭患者的最终效果.方法 选择2020年3月—2023年3月山东省日照市莒县人民医院收治的80例射血分数降低的心力衰竭患者为研究对象.以不同用药方案为依据分组,各40例.对照组给予沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片,研究组给予达格列净和合沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片进行联合治疗.针对两种治疗方法的最终效果进行分析.结果 研究组治疗总有效率(95.00%)较对照组(77.50%)高,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.165,P<0.05).治疗后研究组各心功能指标及6 min步行距离较对照组改善更突出,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后研究组各血清学指标较对照组改善更突出,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后研究组生活质量优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 临床中针对射血分数降低的心力衰竭患者的治疗,达格列净和沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片联合治疗可以有效提高治疗效果,改善心功能及生活质量.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the final effect of sacubatrotril valsartan sodium tablets.Methods A total of 80 pa-tients with heart failure with decreased ejection fraction admitted to Juxian County People's Hospital of Rizhao City,Shandong Province from March 2020 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects.There were 40 cases in each group according to different medication regimen.The control group was given sacubatrotril valsartan sodium tablets,and the study group was given dapagliflozin and sacubatrotril valsartan sodium tablets for combined treatment.The fi-nal effect of the two treatment methods was analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the study group(95.00%)was higher than that of the control group(77.50%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.165,P<0.05).Af-ter treatment,the improvement of cardiac function indexes and 6min walking distance in the study group was more prominent than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the serological indexes of the study group improved more significantly than those of the control group,and the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of heart failure patients with reduced ejection fraction,the combination of dapagliflozin and sacubatrotril valsartan so-dium tablets can effectively improve the therapeutic effect,improve the heart function and quality of life.
