Clinical Effect of Amisulpride in the Treatment of First Episode Schizo-phrenia

摘要
目的 分析首发精神分裂症(schizophrenia,SP)患者应用氨磺必利药物治疗的效果.方法 选取2022年1月—2023年1月梅州市第三人民医院就诊的60例SP患者为研究对象,根据治疗方式的不同分为对照组(30例)与观察组(30例),分别给予利培酮与氨磺必利药物治疗,对比两组患者精神状态阳性和阴性症状量表(Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale,PANSS)评分、社会功能评分.结果 治疗前,两组患者的社会功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的社会功能评分为(5.05±0.21)分更优于对照组的(3.06±0.52)分,差异有统计学意义(t=11.085,P＜0.05)观察组患者阳性症状评定量表的各项症状评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组患者的阴性症状评定量表评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 针对SP患者临床治疗中,采用氨磺必利药物干预,可有效改善患者症状,稳定其病情,临床治疗有效性显著,不良反应发生较少,很大程度改善其生活品质.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of amisulapride in patients with first episode schizophrenia(SP).Methods From January 2022 to January 2023,60 SP patients who went to Meizhou Third People's Hospital were selected as the study objects.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into control group(30 cases)and observation group(30 cases),which were given risperidone and amisulapride respectively.Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS)score and social function score were compared between the two groups.Results Be-fore treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in social function scores between the two groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,the social function score of observation group[(5.05±0.21)points]was better than that of con-trol group[(3.06±0.52)points],and the difference was statistically significant(t=11.085,P＜0.05).The symptom scores of the positive symptom rating scale of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differ-ence was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The negative symptom rating scale score of observation group was signifi-cantly better than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of SP patients,the use of amisulapride intervention can effectively improve the symptoms of patients and stabilize their conditions,and the clinical treatment is significantly effective,the occurrence of adverse reactions is less,and the quality of life is greatly improved.
