Clinical Significance of CRP,IgM,IgG and PCT in the Detection of Myco-plasma Pneumonia in Children
Objective To explore the clinical significance of C-reactive protein(CRP),immunoglobulin M(IgM),IgG and procalcitonin(PCT)in the detection of mycoplasma pneumonia in children. Methods 120 children with myco-plasma pneumonia admitted to Ganyu District People's Hospital from November 2019 to April 2022 were selected as the observation group, and 120 healthy children underwent physical examination in the hospital during the same pe-riod were selected as the control group. All children were tested for CRP,IgM,IgG,PCT and other indicators, and were analyzed according to their detection levels. Results The CRP and PCT of observation group were(15.35±3.08)mg/L and(0.66±0.11)ng/L,which were higher than those of control group(4.08±0.72)mg/L and(0.31±0.06)ng/L,and the differences were statistically significant(t=39.031,30.599,both P<0.05).In the observation group, the levels of CRP and PCT in the acute stage were significantly higher than those in the convalescent stage, and the differences were sta-tistically significant(both P<0.05).The levels of IgM,IgG and IgE in observation group were higher than those in con-trol group, and the levels of IgA were lower than those in control group, and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Children with mycoplasma pneumonia were tested by immunoglobulin index,CRP in-dex and PCT index, and their index values can reflect the children's condition well,IgA level is low,and other indica-tors are increased. Therefore, the above indicators are closely monitored to provide data reference for the diagnosis and treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia.
