Anesthetic Effect of Nalbuphine + Propofol + Etomidate for Painless Gas-troenteroscopy in Elderly Patients
Objective To investigate the anesthetic effect of nalbuphine + propofol + etomidate for painless gastroen-teroscopy in elderly patients. Methods A total of 120 elderly patients undergoing painless gastroenteroscopy admitted to Ningyang County First People's Hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into control group and observation group with 60 cases in each group by random number table method. The control group received propofol + etomidate anesthesia, and the observation group received nalbuphine + propofol + etomidate anesthesia.Anesthesia effect, hemodynamic index,Caring Behavior Evaluation Scale(CBA)score,Mini-mental State Examination(MMSE)score, incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The anesthetic effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group, the CBA score of observation group was higher than that of control group, the MMSE scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group at 15 min and 30 min after anesthesia, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.00%compared with 6.67%in the control group, but the differences was not statistically significant(χ2=0.000,P>0.05).Conclusion When elderly patients re-ceive painless gastroenteroscopy, nalbuphine + propofol + etomidate can be used as anesthesia, which has ideal anes-thetic effect and little influence on cognitive function, and the hemodynamic index is stable, and the curative effect is more ideal.
