Analysis on the Value of Added Banxia Xiexin Decoction in Treating Gas-tric Duct Pain
Objective To analyze the effectiveness of added Banxia Xiexin Decoction in improving the clinical symp-toms of patients with stomach duct pain.Methods A total of 96 patients with digestive system diseases treated in the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Suzhou Industrial Park Xing hu Hospital from January 2021 to Decem-ber 2022 were selected as the research object,all of whom were diagnosed with epigastric pain.They were randomly and equally divided into control group and observation group,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Jiawei Banxia Xiexin Decoc-tion on the basis of conventional Western medicine.The inflammation index,chinese medicine symptom improvement time,symptom score and treatment effect were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of various inflammatory indicators in the observation group were(14.06±3.46)ng/L,(10.38±2.26)ng/L and(10.56±2.34)mg/L,which were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t= 8.209,7.772,9.230,all P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the time for symptom improvement and disappearance in the observation group was shorter,the TCM syndrome scores were better,and the total treatment effectiveness was higher,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion After treatment with added Banxia Xiexin Decoction,patients with stomach duct pain have a lower level of inflammation in the body,and their clinical symptoms have been significantly improved in a short period of time,with significant clinical effects.
