Accuracy Analysis of Chemiluminescent Immunoassay of Thyroid Func-tion in Biochemical Test
Objective To systematically analyze the accuracy of chemiluminescent immunoassay of thyroid function in biochemical tests.Methods 45 patients with suspected thyroid disease admitted to Gongan County People's Hospital of Hubei Province from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects.With the final patho-logical diagnosis results as the gold standard,45 patients with suspected thyroid disease were detected by radioimmu-noassay and chemiluminescence immunoassay,respectively.The accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of the two meth-ods were compared.Results The sensitivity and accuracy of chemiluminescence immunoassay were 97.50%and 95.56%,respectively,higher than those of radioimmunoassay(75.00%,73.33%),and the differences weres tatistically significant(χ2=8.538,8.459,both P<0.05).The specificity of chemiluminescence immunoassay was 80%,higher than that of radioimmunoassay(60.00%),and the difference was not statistically significant(χ2=0.476,P>0.05).Conclu-sion The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of chemiluminescence immunoassay in the detection of thyroid diseases are high,which can provide a good new way for clinicians to diagnose and treat thyroid diseases.
