Analysis of the Value of Urine Glucose and Urinary Microalbumin Com-bined Test in the Diagnosis of Early Renal Injury in Diabetes Mellitus
Objective To explore the value of urine glucose and urine microalbumin combined test in the diagnosis of early diabetic kidney injury. Methods 50 patients with early diabetic kidney injury admitted to Juye County People's Hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the study group, and 50 healthy subjects were se-lected as the control group. The combined test of urinary glucose and urinary microalbumin was performed in all pa-tients.The levels of urinary sugar and urinary microalbumin and the diagnostic effect were observed and compared. Results The levels of urinary glucose and urinary microalbumin in the study group[(3.80±0.74)mmol/L,(27.13±5.71)mg/L]were higher than those in the control group[(2.23±0.53)mmol/L,(16.85±3.50)mg/L],and the differences were statistically significant(t=12.197,10.854,both P<0.05).The number of positive cases of urine glucose and urinary mi-croalbumin combined detection was 50,of which 46 were true positive.Diagnostic sensitivity was 92.00%,specificity was 92.00%,accuracy was 92.00%,positive predictive value was 92.00%,negative predictive value was 92.00%,kappa value was 0.84.Conclusion The combined test of urinary glucose and urinary microalbumin can obtain high sensitivity and specificity, which can provide reference for clinical diagnosis of early diabetic kidney injury.
