Effects of Laparoscopic Anatomic Hepatectomy on Perioperative Indica-tors and Liver Function in Patients with Hepatocellular Carcinoma
Objective To analyze the effect of laparoscopic anatomic hepatectomy in the treatment with hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods Ninety-six cases of liver cancer patients admitted to Zibo Central Hospital from May 2021 to Oc-tober 2022 were selected as the research objects, which were divided into control group and observation group accord-ing to the lottery method, with 48 cases each. The control group underwent laparoscopic non-anatomical liver resec-tion,and the observation group underwent laparoscopic anatomical liver resection. The surgical indicators,postopera-tive recovery, liver function indicators and complications of the two groups were compared. Results The intraoperative bleeding volume in the observation group was(126.45±31.45)mL,which was lower than(221.45±32.41)mL in the control group, the anal exhaust time was(2.26±1.22)h,the drain retention time was(3.45±1.22)d,the postoperative recovery time of gastrointestinal function was(3.44±1.01)d,and the hospitalization time was(9.25±3.15)d,which were shorter than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=14.574,8.871,9.828,4.232,6.460,all P<0.05).Before surgery, there was no statistically significant between the two groups of liver function indexes(P>0.05),after surgery, the levels of alanine aminotransferase, aspartate transaminotransferase, total bilirubin, and direct bilirubin in the observation group were all lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery is beneficial to pa-tients'postoperative recovery, has an improved effect on liver function, and the effect of preventing complications is obvious, which has value for promotion.
