Study on the Effect of Ramipril Combined with Carvedilol in the Treat-ment of Heart Failure Combined with Arrhythmia and the Effect on Se-rum cTnI and NT-pro BNP Levels
Objective To investigate the effect of ramipril combined with carvedilol in the treatment of heart failure combined with arrhythmia and the effect on serum troponin I(cTnI)and N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide(NT-pro BNP)levels. Methods A total of 80 patients with heart failure complicated with arrhythmia admitted to Feixi County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected and divided into study group and control group according to random number table method, with 40 patients in each group. The control group was treated with ramipril, and the study group was treated with ramipril combined with carvedilol. The clinical effi-cacy and serum levels of cTnI and NT-pro BNP were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the study group(95.00%)was higher than that of the control group(70.00%),and the difference was statisti-cally significant(χ2=8.658,P<0.05).After treatment, the serum levels of cTnI and NT-pro BNP in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion The application of ramipril combined with carvedilol in the treatment of patients with heart failure combined with ar-rhythmia can effectively reduce the levels of serum cTnI and NT-pro BNP,and the therapeutic effect is remarkable.
