Analysis of the Efficacy of Quadruple Therapy Combined with Probiotics in the Treatment of Chronic Gastritis with Helicobacter Pylori Infection in Elderly People
Objective To analyze the effect of the combination of quadruple therapy and probiotic therapy with chronic gastritis with helicobacter pylori infection.Methods 80 cases of chronic patients with gastritis with helico-bacter pylori infection admitted to Shanghe County People's Hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects,which were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group used quadruple therapy,and the observation group used quadruple therapy and probiotics,the clinical efficacy of the two group were compared.Results The treatment re-sponse rate of the observation group was 97.50%,which was higher than 82.50%in the control group,and the differ-ence was statistically significant(χ2=5.000,P=0.025).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 2.50%,which was lower than 25.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The radical cure rate of helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Probiotic therapy combined with qua-druple therapy in the treatment of chronic gastritis with Helicobacter pylori infection in elderly patients will enhance the effectiveness of medication therapy as well as safety,improve the Hp cure rate.
