Objective To analyze the effect of moxifloxacin combined with brancho fiberoscope(BF)drug perfusion treatment in patients with multidrug resistant tuberculosis(MDR-TB).Methods 120 MDR-TB patients admitted to Heze Infectious Disease Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method. The control group(60 cases)received conventional chemotherapy regi-men,while the study group(60 cases)received BF drug perfusion combined with moxifloxacin treatment on the basis of conventional chemotherapy. The clinical efficacy, levels of C-reactive protein(CRP)and procalcitonin(PCT),and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the study group patients was 91.67%,which was higher than the control group's 73.33%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2= 6.984,P<0.05).After treatment, compared with the control group, the CRP and PCT levels in the study group were lower, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the adverse reactions between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of MDR-TB patients with BF drug perfusion combined with moxifloxacin can enhance the clinical efficacy, inhibit the inflammatory factors of the body, the safety is more ideal, and it has clinical application value.
