Analysis of Improvement of Liver Function and Inflammatory Factor in Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Hepatocellular Carcinoma Resection with Indocyanine Green Fluorescence
Objective To investigate the improvement of liver function and inflammatory factors in patients after lapa-roscopic resection of hepatocellular carcinoma with indocyanine green fluorescence. Methods The clinical data of 62 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma admitted to Yidu People's Hospital from January to December 2022 were retro-spective analyzed.According to the surgical plan, they were divided into control group and study group, with 31 cases each.Traditional laparoscopic surgery and green green fluorescent laparoscopic surgery were performed respectively. The liver function and inflammatory factors levels were compared in the two groups. Results Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference total protein(TP),albumin(ALB),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),and total bilirubin(TBIL)between the two groups(all P>0.05).After treatment,TP,ALB,ALT and TBIL of the study group were(55.21±3.54)g/L,(36.54±3.24)g/L,(41.02±1.03)g/L,(8.24±1.35)µmol/L,respectively,which were better than(50.35±2.97)g/L,(33.35±2.78)g/L,(43.25±1.24)g/L,(10.64±1.05)µmol/L in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(t=5.856,4.160,7.702,14.975,all P<0.001).The levels of leukocytes,procalcitonin,C-reactive protein, and interleukin-6 in the study group were better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with hepatocellular carcinoma who underwent indocya-nine green fluorescence laparoscopic surgery had better results in improving liver function and inflammatory factors compared with traditional laparoscopic surgery.
