Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of the combination application of acupoint plaster-ing and Shenghua decoction in patients undergoing painless abortion.Methods A total of 83 female patients who un-derwent painless induced abortion in the department of obstetrics and gynecology of Nanjing Liuhe District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were di-vided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method.The control group(n= 41)was treated with routine Shenghua decoction,and the observation group(n=42)was treated with acupoint applica-tion + Shenghua decoction.The degree of postoperative pain,the amount and duration of vaginal bleeding were com-pared between the two groups.Results In terms of pain score,the scores of after surgery 6 hours(1.32±0.41)points,af-ter surgery 12 hours(1.58±0.61)points and after surgery 24 hours(1.09±0.55)points in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=4.889,3.054,2.541,all P<0.05).The amount of vaginal bleeding in the observation group were less than those in the control group at 1 day,2 days and 3 days after operation,and the duration of vaginal bleeding was shorter than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of painless abortion patients treated with acupoints plastering and biochemical decoction is very accurate,which can reduce the patients'postoperative pain,improve the amount of postoperative vaginal bleeding and shorten the duration of vaginal bleeding.
