Effect of Laparoscopic Tubectomy for Ectopic Pregnancy on Patients'Se-rum Sex Hormone and AMH Levels
Objective To analyze the effects of laparoscopic tubectomy for ectopic pregnancy on patients'serum sex hormone and anti-Müllerian hormone(AMH)levels. Methods 50 ectopic pregnancy patients treated in Pingyi County People's Hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected as the study objects, and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, with 25 cases each. The observation group underwent laparo-scopic tupingectomy for ectopic pregnancy, and the control group underwent tubal fenestration.Relevant surgical indi-cators and postoperative serum sex hormone levels and AMH levels were compared between the two groups. Results The hospitalization stay in the observation group was(5.39±1.63)d,operation time(45.65±10.23)min,which were shorter than(7.54±1.76)d,(52.96±11.65)min in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(t= 4.481,2.357,both P<0.05).The AMH level at 1 month after surgery, luteinizing hormone(LH),AMH level at 3 mouths after surgery, follicular stimulating hormone(FSH),LH,estradiol(E2),and AMH at 6 months after surgery were compared between the two groups, the difference was not statistically significant(all P>0.05),the levels of FSH,LH,E2 at 1 month after surgery and FSH and E2 levels at 3 months after surgery of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Laparo-scopic tubectomy for ectopic pregnancy has obvious effect on improving patients'disease and can maximize the reten-tion of patients'fertility.
