摘要
目的 研究和分析Doublecortin样激酶-1(Doublecortin Like Disease 1,DCLK1)单克隆抗体在结肠癌中的表达情况与相关影响因素.方法 选取2018年7月—2022年6月哈尔滨工业大学附属黑龙江省医院收治的73例结直肠癌患者作为研究对象,根据患者肿瘤组织中DCLK1表达水平,将其分为DCLK1低表达组(n=31)与DCLK1高表达组(n=42),分析DCLK1单克隆抗体在结直肠癌中表达的影响因素.结果 DCLK1高表达组与DCLK1低表达组肿瘤直径、肿瘤分期(Tumor Node Metastasis,TNM)、浸润深度、淋巴结是否转移、有无脉管、肿瘤病灶是否远处转移及肿瘤分化程度对比,差异有统计学意义(P均＜0.05).多因素Logistic回归分析研究结果表明,肿瘤组织中DCLK1高表达水平影响因素包括淋巴结转移、浸润深度、TNM分期、肿瘤直径、肿瘤病灶远处转移、肿瘤分化程度(OR=1.079、1.235、1.548、1.784、1.745、2.026,P均＜0.05).结论 肿瘤组织中DCLK1高表达水平影响因素包括淋巴结转移、浸润深度、TNM分期、肿瘤直径、肿瘤病灶远处转移、肿瘤分化程度,临床可通过检测上述指标的方式判断肿瘤组织中DCLK1表达水平.
Abstract
Objective To study and analyze the expression of doublecortin like disease 1(DCLK1)monoclonal anti-body in colon cancer and related influencing factors.Methods Seventy-three patients with colorectal cancer admitted to Heilongjiang Provincial Hospital Affiliated to Harbin Institute of Technology from July 2018 to June 2022 were se-lected as the study objects.According to the expression level of DCLK1 in tumor tissues of patients,they were divided into low expression group of DCLK1(n=31)and high expression group of DCLK1(n=42).Analyzed the influencing fac-tors of DCLK1 monoclonal antibody expression in colorectal cancer.Results There were statistically significant differ-ences in tumer diameter tumor node metastasis(TNM),depth of invasion,lymph node metastasis,vasculature,distant metastasis and degree of tumor differentiation between high DCLK1 expression group and low DCLK1 expression group(all P＜0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the factors affecting the high expression level of DCLK1 in tumor tissues included lymph node metastasis,depth of invasion,TNM stage,tumor diameter,distant me-tastasis of tumor lesions,and degree of tumor differentiation(OR=1.079,1.235,1.548,1.784,1.745,2.026,all P＜0.05).Conclusion Factors influencing the high expression level of DCLK1 in tumor tissues include lymph node metas-tasis,depth of invasion,TNM stage,tumor diameter,distant metastasis of tumor lesions,and degree of tumor differen-tiation.Clinically,the expression level of DCLK1 in tumor tissues can be determined by detecting the above indica-tors.
