Effect of Shuxuetong Combined with Idibenquinone on Neuroelectrophysi-ological Indexes and Cognitive Function in Patients with Cerebral Infarc-tion and Vascular Cognitive Impairment
Objective To analyze the effect of Shuxuetong and Idebenquinone in the treatment of cerebral infarction with vascular cognitive impairment(VCI).Methods A total of 84 patients with cerebral infarction and VCI treated in Lanling County People's Hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were di-vided into control group(n=42,combined with idbenquinone treatment)and observation group(n=42,combined with Shuxuetong treatment on the basis of control group)by random number table method.Cognitive function,neuroelectro-physiological indexes,nerve function,adverse reactions and daily living ability were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the(δ + θ)/(α + β)of the observation group was(0.96±0.13),the P300 latency was(275.92±24.18)ms,lower than those of the control group,and the P300 amplitude was(5.35±0.84)µV,higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=19.133,8.242,2.548,all P<0.05).After treat-ment,the scores of Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(22.43±1.55)points and Simple Mental State Examination Scale(23.24±3.38)points in the observation group were higher than those of control group(17.97±2.66)points and control group(19.18±3.27)points,the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale score was(12.31±2.54)points,lower than that of the control group(17.52±3.31)points,and the was(70.49±4.18)points,higher than that of the control group(63.24±4.22)points,the differences were statistically significant(t=9.389,5.595,8.093,7.910,all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was 14.29%,higher than that in control group(9.52%),with no sig-nificant difference(x2=0.454,P>0.05).Conclusion In cerebral infarction with VCI,Shuxuetong combined with idiben-quinone can effectively promote the improvement of nerve function,improve cognitive function,daily living ability,regulate nerve electrophysiological indexes,and less adverse reactions.
