Clinical Value of Serum Homocysteine and Cystatin C Combined Detec-tion in the Diagnosis of Hemorrhagic Stroke
Objective To study the clinical value of serum homocysteine and cystatin C combined detection in the di-agnosis of hemorrhagic stroke. Methods The clinical data of 78 patients who underwent physical examination in Kai-zhou Ankang Hospital,Three Gorges Hospital Affiliated to Chongqing University(Group)from January 2020 to July 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.39 of them were healthy people and the control group.39 patients with hemor-rhagic stroke were the observation group. The diagnostic sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of homocysteine, cystatin C and combined detection were analyzed. Results Cystatin C content and serum homocysteine in control group were lower than those in observation group, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The diagnostic sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of combined detection were higher than those of the other two groups, and the dif-ferences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The combined detection of serum homocysteine and cystatin C is effective in diagnosing hemorrhagic stroke patients.
