Diagnostic Value of β2 Microglobulin,Serum Cystatin and urinary Micro-albumin/urinary Creatinine Ratio in Early Diabetic Nephropathy
Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of β2-microglobulin(β2-MG),cystatin C(CysC)and albumin-to-creatinine ratio(ACR)in the early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy. Methods A total of 46 patients with simple diabetes admitted to the clinical Laboratory of Guanyuanxian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Jiangsu Province from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as observation group A,54 patients with diabetic ne-phropathy were selected as observation group B,and 56 patients who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as control group. The levels of β2-MG,CysC and ACR were measured. To ana-lyze its diagnostic effect in early diabetic nephropathy. Results The β2-MG,CysC and ACR in the observation group were(3.56±0.42)mg/L,(1.23±0.38)mg/L and(70.24±43.73)mg/g,which were higher than those in the control group(2.11±0.41)mg/L,(0.61±0.21)mg/L and(10.65±7.55)mg/g,and the differences were statistically significant(t= 20.861,11.273,10.100,all P<0.05).The levels of β2-MG,CysC and ACR in observation group B were higher than those in observation group A,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of combined detection were higher than that of β2-MG,CysC and ACR single detection, and the differ-ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion β2-MG,CysC and ACR can be used as sensitive indica-tors in the diagnosis of early diabetic nephropathy patients, and have important significance in the diagnosis, treatment plan and prognosis assessment of patients.
