Diagnostic Value of Chemiluminescence Immunoassay for Biochemical Im-munoassay of Diabetes Mellitus
Objective To investigate the effect of chemiluminescence immunoassay in clinical biochemical immunoas-say of diabetic patients.Methods A total of 115 patients with suspected diabetes were selected from the clinical labo-ratory of Xuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Jiangsu Province from January 2022 to February 2023.Chemiluminescence immunoassay was performed,and the results of oral glucose tolerance test were taken as the gold standard.To analyze the diagnostic efficacy of chemiluminescence immunoassay for diabetes.Results The diagnostic results of oral glucose tolerance test showed a total of 86 patients with diabetes,and the diagnostic results of chemilu-minescence showed true positive results in 83 cases.The diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity,specificity,positive predic-tive value and negative predictive value of chemiluminescence immunoassay for diabetes were 93.04%,96.51%,82.76%,94.32%and 88.89%respectively.Conclusion The chemiluminescence immunoassay technology in the clini-cal biochemical immune test of diabetic patients can ensure the disease has a high detection rate and diagnostic accu-racy.
