Clinical Value of Hs-CRP,CTnI,Myo and CK-MB in the Diagnosis of Acute Myocardial Infarction
Objective To investigate hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),cardiac troponin I(cTnI),myoglobin(Myo)and creatine kinase isoenzyme-MB(CK-MB)Value of combined detection in the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction. Methods A total of 75 patients with acute myocardial infarction and 75 healthy subjects admitted to Wu-zhong People's Hospital of Suzhou City from February 2020 to May 2023 were selected as observation group and con-trol group. The levels of hs-CRP,cTnI,Myo and CK-MB were compared between the two groups, and the diagnostic efficacy of combined detection, myocardial infarction and hs-CRP detection was analyzed. Results hs-CRP,cTnI,Myo and CK-MB in observation group were higher than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The diagnostic accuracy and sensitivity of combined detection were 97.33%and 98.67%,which were higher than 92.00%and 86.67%for MI and 89.33%and 80.00%for hs-CRP,and the difference was sta-tistically significant(x2=6.125,7.111,12.000,14.000,all P<0.05).Conclusion Hs-CRP and MI were significantly in-creased in patients with acute myocardial infarction, and combined detection could improve the diagnostic efficiency of acute myocardial infarction.
