Clinical Effect of Abductive Rotation Reduction in the Treatment of Shoul-der Dislocation
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of abductive rotation reduction in the treatment of shoulder dislo-cation.Methods 60 patients with shoulder dislocation admitted to Weifang Yidu Central Hospital from January 2022 to September 2023 were retrospectively selected,and the patients were divided into two groups of 30 cases each ac-cording to the treatment method.The observation group practiced abduction and external rotation reset method,and the control group adopted foot stirrup method.The two groups were compared in terms of successful rate of reset,shoulder joint function,occurrence of complications,degree of pain and reset time.Results The successful rate of re-set in the observation group(100.00%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(76.67%),and the differ-ence was statistically significant(x2=7.925,P＜0.05).After treatment,the observation group's pain level score,shoul-der joint function score 1 month after discharge,and complication rate were significantly lower than that of the control group,and the reset time was shorter than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P＜0.05).Conclusion Abductive rotation reduction method for the treatment of shoulder dislocation has a good ef-fect.
