目的 分析癫痫持续状态(Status Epilepticus,SE)患者血清中中枢神经特异性蛋白(S Protein 100 B,S100B)、同型半胱氨酸(Homocysteine,Hcy)水平与脑电图异常程度的关系.方法 选取2020年1月—2023年9月徐州医科大学附属医院治疗的60例SE患者为研究对象,于癫痫持续状态结束后2 h内抽取静脉血并开始视频脑电图检查,根据视频脑电图异常程度分为脑电图轻度异常组(n=12)、脑电图中度异常组(n=26)、脑电图重度异常组(n=22).比较3组患者血清S100B、Hcy水平与视频脑电图异常程度的关系.结果 脑电图重度异常组血清S100B、Hcy水平高于脑电图中度异常组、脑电图轻度异常组,差异有统计学意义(F=72.09、49.58,P均＜0.001).脑电图异常程度与患者血清S100B及Hcy水平呈正相关(r=0.84、0.79,P均＜0.001).结论 癫痫持续状态患者血清S100B、Hcy水平明显升高,且其水平与脑电图异常程度存在明显正相关.
Analysis of the Relationship between Serum Levels of S100B and Hcy and the Severity of Electroencephalogram in Patients with Status Epilepticus
Objective To analyze the relationship between serum levels of S protein 100 B(S100B),homocysteine(Hcy)and the degree of EEG abnormality in patients with status epilepticus(SE).Methods 60 patients with SE pa-tients treated in the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from January 2020 to September 2023 were se-lected as the study objects.Venous blood was drawn and video EEG was started within 2 h after the end of the epilep-tic state.According to the abnormal degree of video EEG,they were divided into EEG gentle abnormal group(n=12),EEG moderate abnormal group(n=26)and EEG severe abnormal group(n=22).The relationship between serum S100B and Hcy levels and the abnormal degree of video EEG in 3 groups was compared.Results The levels of serum S100B and Hcy in severely abnormal EEG group were higher than those in moderately abnormal EEG group and mildly abnormal EEG group,and the differences were statistically significant(F=72.09,49.58,both P＜0.001).The de-gree of EEG abnormality was positively correlated with serum S100B and Hcy levels(r=0.84,0.79,both P＜0.001).Conclusion Serum S100B and Hcy levels were significantly elevated in patients with status epilepticus,and there was a significant positive correlation between the levels and the degree of EEG abnormality.
